1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and p646 ("p646," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the p646 online casino platform, including all games, services, features, and content accessible via p646.app and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces.

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree," or by simply accessing and using any part of the p646 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. p646 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point during your use of the platform. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of balances.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of p646 services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one p646 account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and Philippine mobile number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Mobile Number Verification: Your p646 account is linked to a verified Philippine mobile number. This number is used for login authentication, transaction alerts, and account recovery.
• KYC Compliance: p646 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p646 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. p646 will never ask for your password via any channel.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify p646 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. p646 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

p646 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on p646 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• p646 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved Philippine payment methods as listed on the platform at the time of transaction.
• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit page. The minimum GCash deposit is ₱200.
• Deposits are credited to your p646 wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. p646 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• p646 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposit must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page.
• p646 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and KYC status.
• p646 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable bonus terms.

p646 reserves the right to reverse any transaction that is found to be fraudulent, erroneous, or in violation of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

p646 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. p646 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• p646 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus manipulation, is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.

In the event of any conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

p646 offers a range of casino games including slots, live dealer table games, bingo, and other game formats. The following terms apply to all gameplay on the platform:

• All games on p646 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical game equipment operated by trained dealers in licensed studios. Game outcomes are determined fairly and cannot be manipulated by p646 or by players.
• Each game has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned to the player's wallet. p646's decision in such matters is final.
• p646 reserves the right to void any bet or game result that is the product of a software error, data feed error , or any other technical fault beyond p646's reasonable control.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on p646. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with p646 staff.
• Attempting to launder money or use p646 for any illegal financial activity.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing p646 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing p646 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including family members.

p646 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies, including PAGCOR, in the investigation of suspected illegal activity.

8 Responsible Gaming

p646 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account dashboard.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from p646. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the p646 platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of p646 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the p646 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the p646 platform without prior written consent from p646.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p646 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the p646 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain account security.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond p646's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.
• Losses resulting from your violation of these Terms & Conditions.

p646's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your p646 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits p646's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data

p646 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The full details of how p646 handles your personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering on p646, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

12 Amendments

p646 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, p646 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of p646 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using p646 and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

13 Termination

p646 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if p646 reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon termination for cause, p646 may forfeit any remaining balance in your account where permitted by law, including where the balance is derived from fraudulent activity or bonus abuse. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your p646 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after applicable KYC checks are completed.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Both parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

p646 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming in the Philippines.
